TJX Global Code of Conduct, with which all Associates must agree to comply. We provide periodic
training, both formal and informal, to reinforce these expectations.

We expect high ethical standards from the merchandise vendors with whom we do business, and whose
relationships are key to our success. We place great importance on our
Vendor Code of Conduct with which we fully expect our vendors around the world to comply.
In addition to operating ethically, we aim to be a retailer of choice for consumers. This means that
we challenge ourselves to find new and innovative ways to improve the shopping experience and
engage with customers so that customers return to shop our stores again and again.1
